Per VA regulation, Veterans Benefits and Transition Act of 2018 -Public Law 115-407, the $25.00 late fee will not be charged and only mandatory fees may be billed to the VA. The cost of our Kit and iPad are not mandatory fees and as such cannot be charged to the VA. Students utilizing VA benefits will be responsible for arranging alternate payments for these costs.
